Code Zero Print
copyright-BlackjackzoAudi_HThe increasing popularity of high-speed off-shore sailing has created a demand for fabrics wich capable replacing traditional spinnaker fabrics my materials that can handle higher loads and have better stability and tear-strength.

Zero Laminates feature a unique 40-denier high-tenacity polyester rip-stop fabric together with an all-Twaron fibre structure. The taffeta is lighter than conventionally-used materials and the rip-stop pattern aids in tear resistance. We use a 1000-denier Twaron X angled 30° from the warp for improved off-threadline stability. Twaron warp yarns provide thread line strength and improved durability, compared with styles using standard aramid warp fibers. From the lightest-weight ZL 00 up to the ZL 08, this line provides sailmakers with a complete range of fabrics suitable for Code 0 and high-speed asymmetrical kites.
